 We just got a new kitten (do YOU read our blog?) and I'm going to hide him from you!

 And I'm the first one to post! 

I totally sympathize with you Jase - it seems as though we are all going through a blog s l o w n e s s time - I'm seeing it all over.

But, your faithfuls are still here. :D

Would hate to contribute to the death of any small furry creatures (except rats) so here I am.

I want the cats to die, so I almost didn't post a comment. But... I Love shout threads, so... HI EVERYONE! I check your website almost everyday, Jill. I guess I should comment more. I've given up on websites that are rarely updated and I find that I rarely have anything "smart" to say to those who do update often. And I hate being the one that comments ALL the time. Do you all love this long story from me?! I'm the best!! :) -S

I don't mind if you are the only one to comment!  :o)  At least that way I know someone reads it!

 And I guess I'll still love you, even if you wish death to my kitties.  <sniff sniff>

Yes, all kittens are small. I think they should stay that way. Its when they turn into cats that I don't like them. Can't tell what they're thinking and the cat fights in the middle of the night keep me up. AND, furthermore... I'm allergic to them.

Cute picture, Ryan. :) Did you take that with your Mac? You look like Jay Leno's son in that picture! Emily has a program on her Mac that takes the funniest pics. We goofed off on her 18th birthday and took awful pics of all of us.

Stef, I do thank you for commenting on my blog.  But, also don't expect you to say something about every little thing!  Who would have enough cleverness for that?  Exhausting!

I think this was just Jason's way of saying "we haven't heard from a lot of you, but know you're out there... so please say hi." Not accusing any of you of being malicious, snooty or rude.

I'm here, but Stef...where are those Friday recipes?! I've added two of them into my cookbook and use them regularly! So, a new one anytime would be just fine.  :)

I'll try to get back to doing that. I've had 3 other people ask me to start up again, so I'll work on it. :) Life has been too busy recently for me to remember regular stuff like that.

Hey I finally had time to fix the user accounts on my site. Next time you have a free second can you try out your account again?

Did you guys get an iPhone? I think I will wait until at least version 2 comes out in a year. What about you guys?

No iPhone for the following reasons:

1. I don't have $500 to drop on a cell phone
2. We're on Verizon and in-contract

I hear ya. So expensive, too much so. My buddy Sven got one and wrote a review. He had some real concerns about it, but it falling in love with it. Still a bit rich for my blood though!

A buddy of mine from work got one and he's starting to figure out how to develop applications for it -- seems like there are some drawbacks, but it has a bunch of potential.
